1. vue create my_project
2. cd my_project
3. spago init
4. npm install vue-cli-plugin-pure-vue
5. vue invoke vue-cli-plugin-pure-vue

The Plugin will install a few examples (you can find the sources in generator/templateExampleApp/src) Have a look at them Example Applications.
